Our fee is based on a sliding scale due to each client's situation being unique. We will take into account
your current situation and the services that you require of us and design your fee in proportion to the improved outcome we believe you will achieve by applying our counsel. We will provide you with a
written quote which will detail the fee plus the services that we will provide for you. Upon receipt of our quote you are under no obligation to engage our services. However we believe that your investment with financial coaching will be one of the best investments you will ever make because it will directly

Debt-Free Coaching
This is our most requested financial coaching service. This comprehensive service is designed
for those who are "sick and tired" of being broke. You make good money but when you look at
what's left at the end of the month you are left wondering where it all went.
If you are in debt, facing a financial hardship, or just need the education to create a budget that
works and results in less stress, then this service is for you.
With this service your financial coach will:
*Help you design a cash-flow plan that will work for your specific circumstances.
*Develop a debt elimination plan to give you hope.
Note: this is NOT debt consolidation. This is DEBT ELIMINATION.
*Equip you with information on how to deal with any specific needs you may have such as
dealing with creditors and collectors, avoiding bankruptcy, etc.
You will receive information from your coach prior to your initial consultation session.
This service includes a 2-2 ½ hour initial session with a follow-up 1 hour session
within 1-2 months after your initial session.
You will also receive six months of unlimited follow-up e-mail and telephone contacts
with your coach during the six month period following your initial session.
Strategic Investing and Retirement Coaching
In the Retirement Confidence Survey taken in 2006, when asked how they make their
retirement planning decisions, 44% of working Americans say they "guess."
According to the United States Census Bureau, 62% of Americans retire on

in the first five years of marriage. This service is designed to help engaged and newly married
couples to get started on the right foot with a sound financial plan. It includes an initial session
to review and play your strategy plus unlimited phone and email follow-up for six months.
Small Business Coaching
Small business owners know how important cash-flow is to surviving in a small
business. It is the life-blood of the business. No cash-flow, no small business. If you are a small
business owner that needs coaching on using a budget that works; debt elimination; hiring and firing employees, etc. then this service is for you. This service will include an initial 2-3 hour coaching
session plus a personal visit from the business coach to the business location. This personal
visit will serve as a follow-up. It also includes six months of unlimited phone and email follow-up.
Seminar & Event Speaking
Anita Allen is available to speak to businesses, churches, Sunday Schools,
civic organizations, etc on the topic of debt, retirement, careers,
and other financial topics that affect individuals.
Coaching By The Hour
This service is for people who are completely debt free or who are debt free with the exception
of their home and have specific questions that do not require any of our comprehensive
services. You will meet with your coach to discuss your specific situation for which you need
advise. There is no follow-up with this service.
